- 2 tablespoons Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix in Vanilla Flavor
- 1/2 cup diced mango
- 1-2 teaspoon Active Fiber Powder
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk or soy milk
- 1/2 cup of water
- 4-5 ice cubes (optional)
Combine all ingredients and puree
until well-blended.

- 1/2 cup cantaloupe or honeydew melon
- 1/2 cup of nonfat milk or soy milk
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- One slice of orange
Combine all ingredients and blend until
smooth. Garnish mixture with fresh
orange slice and serve with a straw.
